From Prompts to Power™ is the flagship Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy initiative from Smith Hill Global Consulting, LLC. It was created for people who want to use AI with intention, not intimidation. People who think differently, work outside the tech bubble, and refuse to be left behind.

Dr. VM Reagon, Chief Strategy Officer, created this initiative because she saw what was happening:

Too many people feel overwhelmed, talked over, or quietly excluded from the AI conversation

Too many tutorials are built for the tech-obsessed, not the rest of us

Too much hype, not enough help
So, she built something different.

Dr. Reagon, an early adopter of technology, a hospital administrator turned epidemiologist and public health scientist, and trained evaluator, has spent decades using technology to improve systems, strengthen data, and drive health equity across the world. She’s not new to tech, but she’s always asked different questions of it.

She sees how easily AI spreads misinformation, repeats stereotypes, and overlooks the realities of marginalized communities. Too often, it's treated like an all-knowing, neutral tool, but it's not. Without critical prompting, AI doesn't just miss the mark; it can mislead and cause real harm.

That's why this initiative was built: because when tools are rolled out without context, this is what happens:
